Monday- Friday 9AM-7PM

What is the difference between selling my item and pawning it?

The biggest difference is that you get to keep the item you pawn but you just need to borrow some money for the time being.  Selling your item means you never want to see it again and you get to keep whatever we pay you!

What can I bring in to pawn?

You can bring me almost anything of value but some things are better than others for instance, gold, jewelry and firearms will bring you the most money compared to their actual worth due to their public demand.

Is gold, jewelry and firearms the only items you take?

Absolutely Not!  We take electronics, tools, lawn equipment, collectibles, musical instruments and many more.  These items are not as highly sought after as jewelry or firearms so what we can pay or pawn for them will seem less.

Why should I come to Purple Heart Pawn & Gun?

Great questions!  Here at PHP&G we're a family owned business which allows us to work more with the customer than a big chain pawnshop.  If you're late on your payments a simple phone call is all you need for us to hold your loan.  We can also take in a wide variety of goods including collectibles, firearms, and other rare merchandise that other pawnshops won't deal with.  We're also the friendliest and cleanest pawnshop around!  Don't believe me?  Just try us and I promise we'll surprise you!.

How much money can I borrow?

How much do you need is the answer to that question.  Being a family owned pawnshop we have the flexibility to loan you as much as you need.  Just give us a call and we'll be able to discuss numerous items to help get you to where you need to be.

I have a very expensive Rolex, how do I know it will be safe at your pawnshop?

Great question!  Yes!  It will most certainly be safe here at PHP&G.  We use a double safe/vault storage system in which our safe is locked inside of a reinforced concrete vault.  Not to mention every item our customers pawn is insured.

I need to borrow a significant amount of money but I don't think i'll feel comfortable at a pawnshop, do you make house calls?

I'm very sorry and although I understand how you feel, we cannot make a pawn transaction outside of our location as required by the office of consumer credit commission.  If it would make you feel more comfortable you can call one of our shops and ask for an appointment.  We will conduct your transaction behind closed doors so it's completely safe and confidential.
